Do you deliver outside the US?
Yes, but only by ordering through our distributors Heart of The Deernicorn or Indie Press Revolution.
I know this can lead to high shipping costs so I'm working to figure out local distributors in other places. Drop me an email at raph@laughingkaiju.com if you'd like me to add you to a list to notify you when that happens!
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you change your mind before the game ships out, I’ll be happy to process a refund. However, I cannot accept returns because of the prohibitively high cost of restocking games.
That said, if your game shows up damaged in any way, I absolutely want to fix that for you! Email me raph@laughingkaiju.com or use the chat button, with images documenting the damage, and I’ll get you a replacement as soon as possible!
Does The Zone come with glowsticks?
These were exclusive to the Containment Edition, and I don't sell them here, but you can get them directly from the manufacturer. Here's the link!
Will the Containment Edition be sold again?
The Containment Edition of The Zone was a Kickstarter exclusive and there currently are no plans to sell it again, but if you email me I'd be happy to add you to an email list I maintain in case that changes in the future.
If you want to assemble your own version of the Containment Edition, these are the components:
- Nanuk 910 Carry Case in Yellow
- LifeGear LED Glowstick+Flashlight (Green)
- Assets for stickers & decals
- The foam in the lid and bottom was a custom piece, with cut out inserts and velcro straps to hold the glowsticks.
Can I share my stories or pictures from the game with you?
OH MY GOD YES. I love hearing stories from people's game, as well as any feedback. It's incredibly appreciated and is ultimately why I make these games in the first place!
