Hauntingly Beautiful

The artwork for this game is amazing, and the feel of the cards and even the manuals is great. It’s so easy to play and has immense replay value. I can’t wait to play it again!

We played The Zone as a zero-prep one-shot when one of our players didn't show up. It was a great game. The moves are well thought out to keep everyone involved. It's easy to accidentally slip back into GM mode and pepper some details around without invoking "take stock", but that doesn't do much harm.

So good

The Zone makes a few promises. It claims to be a zero prep GMless game that can be played, even with all new players, in 4 hours. With The Zone it's actually all true. The art is all truly incredible and whoever decided to include the stickers is my new favorite person.
